Seattle Mariners recall Eugene-native Andrew Moore

After a short stint in the minor leagues with AAA Tacoma, Eugene-native Andrew Moore is being called up to the Seattle Mariners once again to take the mound in the big leagues.

Moore has six starts for the Mariners under his belt, owning a 1-3 record with 16 strikes, four walks and an 5.65 ERA. He also picked up a win in his major league debut on June 22 against Detroit.

Moore was selected in the 2nd round of the MLB Draft (72nd overall) after a successful collegiate career at Oregon State University.
