EUGENE, Ore. - No one would comment after football practice Monday on wide receiver and Olympic hurdler Devon Allen's status, in keeping with Oregon football policy.

But Duck Territory reports Allen is out for the season, citing anonymous sources.

Allen placed 5th in the 110M hurdles at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Allen tore his ACL in the Rose Bowl on January 1, 2015. He missed the National Championship game against Ohio State and sat out the track season and spring football.

He made a comeback on the field and on the track, setting him on a road to victory at the U.S. Track and Field Olympic trials en route to the finals in Rio.

After the injury Saturday, Allen spent the rest of the game on the sidelines.
