College Gameday is back! ESPN's popular show returns to Eugene for first time since 2014

Flashback to the first time College Game Day came to Eugene: September of 2000.

Corso becomes The Duck for the first time, Oregon upsets UCLA 29-10.

EUGENE, Ore. - Oregon football faces their first true test of the season on Saturday, when No. 7 Stanford comes to Autzen Stadium.

It's such a big game that ESPN's College Gameday show will be in Eugene this weekend to air live from campus.

Because of the event, Hayden Herrera took us all down memory lane to look at the first time that the Gameday Crew made their way to Eugene, and how the current team feels about the show being back.

The show will be set up in the crass area of the Memorial Quad on the west side of campus, near 13th and Kincaid. The show airs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday. Students we spoke to back in 2014 said they made their way to set up at the quad and get a good spot at 1 a.m.
