CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Officials are resuming their search for Sue Durheim Thursday morning.

The Brownsville woman's truck was pulled from the Willamette River Wednesday.

It had broken windows and no one was inside.

Undersheriff Greg Ridler says search and rescue crews will be searching the river by boat beginning at the Highway 34 overpass and heading south.

Cadaver dogs are joining the search as well.

We're told recovery efforts are complicated by the swift current and murky water.

Durheim is believed to have crashed into the river early Monday morning during her commute.

It was a very icy day and authorities believe that may have been a factor.

Due to the broken windows, Undersheriff Ridler says it’s possible Durheim was able to escape the vehicle as it sank.
