Police: Three men stabbed in altercation at Salem Dairy Queen

    SALEM, Ore. -- Around 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, Marion County Sheriff's deputies were called to a Dairy Queen location at 398 Lancaster Drive NE in Salem for a reported fight involving multiple people in the restaurant's lobby.

    When deputies arrived, they found three men stabbed during the altercation, the report said.

    Two of the men were transported with serious injuries to Salem Hospital.

    The third man, a Dairy Queen employee, was treated on scene for minor wounds that deputies believe he sustained while trying to break up the fight.

    Detectives were on scene investigating Tuesday evening, and there are no suspect descriptions available at this time, he sheriff's office said.

    "Deputies do not believe there is any immediate danger to the public," police said.
