Police searching for two men in Eugene considered 'armed and dangerous'

EUGENE, Ore. - Police are seeking tips on the location of two possibly armed suspects in the Eugene area, both of whom are believed to have been involved in a series of crimes and shootings.

Police believe that over the last two weeks, Jacob "Jay" Timothy Richter-Shea, 23, has been involved in a series of crimes that include an incident of domestic violence and at least two shootings, including one that took place Saturday night in the 1400 block of Orchard Street.

In at least two of the incidents, police believe he was accompanied by an associated named Cody Duk-Woo Moore, 19.

At the moment, both men should be considered armed and dangerous.

Eugene Police is asking the public for any information regarding the whereabouts of these two men, and ask they do not approach either subject.

Richter-Shea is 6'1" tall and weighs 178 pounds, while Moore is 5'10" and weighs 150 pounds.
