Oregon graduate students to hold rally to oppose Tax Bill

EUGENE, Ore. – Graduate students at the University of Oregon are planning to host a rally on Wednesday, November 29 to oppose the current Tax Bill approving the proposed tax increase on tuition waivers.

The rally will have speeches by members of the Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation (GTFF), Associated Students of University of Oregon (ASUO), United Academics (UA) and University of Oregon Graduate School.

The rally will take place at the University of Oregon Erb Memorial Union (EMU) Amphitheater from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
