A small pod of orca whales was spotted in Yaquina Bay Sunday afternoon.

According to a video from the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the whales were likely "on the hunt for seals and sea lions."

The "transient" killer whales regularly show up at the Oregon coast in April.

They follow gray whales as they migrate north, and usually linger around Yachats all the way to Lincoln City.
