Lebanon man arrested after emailing threat to 'shoot & kill' people at Lottery Office

    SALEM, Ore. -- A Lebanon man was arrested after Oregon State Police investigated a threat of violence, OSP reports.

    Around 9 a.m. Tuesday, police say an email was sent to the Oregon Lottery Headquarters Office in Salem.

    "The email contained an imminent threat to shoot and kill people at the Lottery Office," OSP said in a news release.

    OSP Gaming Enforcement detectives and Major Crimes detectives investigated and arrested Jason David Ouellette, 42, of Lebanon, on Tuesday afternoon.

    Ouellette was lodged at the Marion County Jail without incident.
