EUGENE, Ore. – A nationally recognized musician performed in Eugene Sunday at the United Methodist Church.
Kim Pineda performed “Grand Cru Baroque.”
Pineda has performed on historical flutes and recorders throughout North America. He was also featured on NPR.
Now, he said he’s making a stop in Eugene for a music conference at the University of Oregon. But first, he wanted to perform at a church that’s close to his heart.
“I've been on the series here before and I think the last time was the last one of the season but we'd always knew, we'd be back,” Pineda said.
If you missed Sunday’s show, you can catch him at the University of Oregon’s music conference Tuesday, May 23.
