UPDATE: Driver killed, passenger injured after pickup stops on I-5, backs up
SUTHERLIN, Ore. -- The northbound Interstate 5 off-ramp at Sutherlin Exit 136 is closed due to a vehicle crash and fire, Oregon Department of Transportation reports Wednesday evening.
There is no estimate for re-opening the ramp at this time.
Motorists traveling north on I-5 are advised to use Exit 135 to reach south Sutherlin.
Northbound I-5 traffic is limited to a single lane.
Northbound motorists should expect congestion.
All lanes of I-5 and all other ramps at Exit 136 are open, ODOT said.
