EUGENE, Ore. - Eugene Police identified the people shot Friday when an unidentified gunman opened fire outside the WOW Hall on Friday night.
According to police, 5 of the 6 are from out of the area.

Investigators have also renewed their call for witnesses to come forward.
"Eugene Police detectives want to reiterate the need for witness information and tips to help solve this case," police said in a statement. "There has been some cooperation, which is greatly appreciated, but having a healthy level of solid tips and cooperation is what is going to help investigators."
In the aftermath of the shooting, Police Chief Chris Skinner said witnesses were not cooperative with the officers who first responded to the scene.
Skinner called the scene “chaotic” and says it’s one of the most significant shootings in Eugene.
“The thing that’s really critical about this is that when you have something like this happen with this may people involved is that we know we have witnesses, we know we probably have video and audio available if people are willing to share that with us," Skinner said. "Early in this investigation, the crowd that was here was difficult to manage. It was hard for us to get control of that scene. There was not anybody that was willing to cooperate or to come forward and give us any kind of witness statements about what they may or may not have seen.”
