CARES Act opens up $25M for LTD to help with impacts of COVID-19

Ridership has dropped from more than 35,000 boardings per workweek day to about 10,000 boardings Monday through Friday since Gov. Kate Brown ordered Oregonians to stay home to stem the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, according to LTD.
