Police: Woman accused of pointing gun at driver during road rage incident

FOREST GROVE, Ore. – A woman is accused of pointing a gun at another driver Saturday nught during a road rage incident near Forest Grove.

Christina Salazar, 28, of Vallejo, California, was booked into the Washington County Jail on menacing and unlawful gun possession charges.

Deputies were called out about 7:20 p.m. on reports of a road rage incident on NW Timber Road near the Wilson River Highway where a driver pointed a handgun at another driver.

While taking a report, deputies said the suspect vehicle passed by their location.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office worked with Oregon State Police in a high-risk traffic stop just northwest of Forest Grove.

Law enforcement officials said they found an unloaded 9mm handun in the center console of Salazar’s car.
