EUGENE, Ore. - The snow forecast to fall in the southern Willamette Valley overnight kept to the higher elevations, but spots of black ice caused problems for drivers Wednesday morning.

Two single-car crashes happened on Highway 99 near Enid Road.

There were no serious injuries.
