Police identify woman killed in Hwy 126 crash

VIDA, Ore. - The driver who died in a fiery wreck on Highway 126 last week has been identified, Oregon State Police said.

Police say Elizabeth Lee Bartlett, 22, of Portland died in the crash and fire August 9.

The Ford Explorer she was driving went off the highway and hit a boulder. Investigators do not yet know why the SUV went off the road. The crash remains under investigation.
