JUNCTION CITY, Ore. - A drunken driver with a blodd alcohol content more than twice the legal limit crashed into a utility pole along Highway 99 on Monday night, Oregon State Police.
Daryl Uryan Dodge, 35, of Junction City was not seriously injured, according to troopers and the Junction City Fire Department.
He registerd a BAC of .22, more than twice the legal limit of .08, state police said.
Troopers cited Dodge for DUII and Careless Driving and dropped him off at home with his parents, state police said.
The damage to the utility pole at Hwy 99E and Lingo Lane knocked out power in the area, state police said.
