Oregon State Police say a 19-year-old man from Milwaukie was killed in a head-on crash along Highway 26 Sunday.

The crash was reported around 9 a.m. 5 miles east of Necanicum near milepost 13. Police say Jesus M. Ramirez-Cortes was driving westbound when he crossed into the eastbound lanes, hitting a driver from Vancouver.

Ramirez-Cortes was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver from Vancouver wasn't injured.

Police say alcohol use is being investigated as a possible factor.
