Seahawks' Russell Wilson takes a tumble with fans
SEATTLE -- He's No. 3 on the field and No. 1 in the hearts of many 12s. But Russell Wilson has taken a tumble when it comes to fans nationwide.
The quarterback is now No. 6 on the best-selling merchandise list compiled by the NFL Players Association.
Just a few months ago, Wilson ranked No. 3.
But now the Dallas Cowboys -- remember America's Team? -- dominates.
The Seahawks did tie the Cowboys with most players on the list of 50. Each team had five.

If there is good news here for fans, it's this: Russell Wilson outsold Tom Brady.
The rankings come from sales from March 1 to May 31.
There is some pretty weird statistics in all of this. For example, Wilson, New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers outsold the competition in customized socks. Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was tops in active drinkware.
