Police: Roseburg man arrested after 'seeing people,' throwing eggs at neighbor's home
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Police arrested a Roseburg man Friday after he said he was "seeing people" and threw eggs at his neighbor's house on W. Laurelwood Court, authorities said.
According to a Roseburg Police Department report, 32-year-old Joel Alexander Burge contacted 911 after he thought he was seeing people in his backyard.
While on scene, police say they found he'd been continuously disturbing his neighbors throughout the night.
"At one point he was throwing eggs at his neighbor’s house," the report said.
Burge was detained and found to have a small amount of methamphetamine in his pants pocket, police said.
He was lodged on charges of second degree disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
