Pedestrian suffers head injury in Springfield hit-and-run
SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - A hit-and-run driver struck and injured a man Monday night near Main and 42nd streets around 11 p.m., Springfield Police said.
The man's identity and condition are not yet known.
He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend with head injuries.
Officers stopped vehicles in the area looking for the driver, to no avail.
