EUGENE, Ore. - The fires throughout Oregon have caused the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency to qualify the air quality in Eugene and Springfield as "very unhealthy" on Sunday.

While some people stayed indoors to escape the smoke, others completed the last art installation for the Lane Transit District's EmX Project.

So far they have installed local artwork at about 26 new stations around town.

Today was one of the last installations at the Driver Relief Building.

The new EmX bus line on W 11th opens on September 17.
