EUGENE, Ore. -- Between March Madness and St. Patrick's Day, Eugene bars were packed.

"Best day ever," Braedon Howard, the manager of The Cooler said. "Outside of football games it's one of our busiest days of the year."

He estimated up to 200 people were there by the end of the Ducks game.

Fans also crowded Sam's Place Tavern on Wilson and The Wild Duck.

"I'm a Duck alumnus and I just got back from the PAC12 in Las Vegas watching the Ducks down there," Duck fan Gary Keiser said.

"We have a really balanced team, a strong team, and we have a great coach," Duck fan David Bowden said.

"I think they can make it to the final four I hope. They've got what it takes" Duck fan Evelleen Wingard said.
