EUGENE, Ore. -- Dozens of food trucks were parked at the Lane County Fairgrounds for the 2nd Annual Eugene Mission Food Truck Fest.

Oregon's largest food truck festival has ended, but they were very busy throughout the day on Saturday.

One of the 49 trucks belongs to the Wilsons. The husband and wife attended last year's festival and were inspired to start their own bakery business.

They returned this year as vendors.

“It's something that we had actually been talking about for quite some time, but it was the event last year that just really put us over the top. It was finally at that point we were like, 'Alright, we've got to do this.' We can't just keep coming as patrons; we want to be part of it,” said James Wilson, Co-Owner of Bridgeway Bakery.

Wilson said buying their truck led to buying a bakery location in Lowell where they make their 100 percent gluten-free goods.

Saturday’s festival was their first outing in their food truck.

All proceeds from the festival go to the Eugene mission.
