He raises crickets for human consumption.

In this segment of In the Kitchen, Robin uses crickets for a couple different recipes.

In the first, she combines the crickets with chocolate. To give it a little heat, she adds a touch of cayenne pepper to the mix.

For the second recipe, she puts together a "bar mix."

Austin referred to it as trail mix, which was the source of a slight disagreement.
