EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon Ducks defeated the Portland Pilots 93-52, extending their winning streak to 8-0.

Jillian Alleyne (#14) ran up another double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Lexi Petersen (#33) led the team with 23 points, Maite Casorla (#4) added 18 and Lexi Bando (#10) put in 11.

The Ducks had 10 players who scored in the game.

The Ducks outshot the Pilots in field goals 56.5 percent to 40 percent, and buried them in three-pointers, 68.4 percent to 15.4 percent.

Not surprisingly, Coach Kelly Graves was pleased with his team's performance, although he sees room for more improvement.

"I think we're playing well. We've had very consistent effort all year long. We haven't had a lot of highs and lows. And one of the good things we had today is we had a few spurts. We haven't had a lot. We created some offense off our defense. We haven't done a lot of that. We've been pretty business like. Solid defense. Good offense. We're getting good shots. We're sharing the ball. It's been a team effort, which is great. So that part I like."

"I still think we can amp up the intensity a little bit," Graves said. "We've gotta just clamp down defensively."

The Ducks next face off at home against UC Riverside next Tuesday, with tipoff at 5 pm.
